Lakewood Ranches Tennessee (LWR) is located in Humphreys County, Tennessee along the 2300 miles of shoreline comprising Kentucky Lake. Known as "Tennessee's Hidden Gem," the development is comprised of large wooded lots comprised of multiple acres with views of hilltops, valleys and waterways. No matter the location, wildlife is abundant, and it's not uncommon to see deer, wild turkey or varied species of birds throughout the property.

The development is managed by a Property Owners Association (POA) and Board members are comprised of owners who take great care to preserve the beauty within for all residents to enjoy. Our owners love the common areas with ATV paths, multiple fishing areas, kayaking, canoeing and boating. But most of all our owners love the privacy.

Kentucky Lake is a boater's paradise and is a major navigable reservoir along the Tennessee River in Kentucky and Tennessee. Two marinas are within a short distance of LWR:
